ERROR: IP ... is blocked due to too many failed logon attemps!

Run below commands

 On Unix - export TUXCONFIG=$PS_CFG_HOME/appserv/<domainname>/PSTUXCFG

 On Windows - SET TUXCONFIG=<PS_CFG_HOME>\appserv\<domainname>\PSTUXCFG


tmadmbclist -l

It will list the blocked ips

tmadmbclist -b xxxxxx

where xxxxxxx is blocked ip
